Welcome to Soverra Travel. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of soverratravel.com (the “Website”) and the travel planning, itinerary, destination guide, content, and related services provided by Soverra Travel (“Soverra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Website, purchasing a service, submitting a questionnaire, using an itinerary or destination guide, or otherwise engaging with Soverra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
Soverra is a boutique travel planning and itinerary service specializing in thoughtfully researched, culture-led travel experiences.
We provide services that may include destination research, personalized itinerary planning, hotel and accommodation recommendations, restaurant recommendations, activities and experiences, transportation suggestions, destination guidance, booking links, and other travel-related recommendations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Soverra does not book, sell, operate, provide, or control the underlying travel products or services recommended through our Website, destination guides, or personalized itineraries.
Soverra is not an airline, hotel, transportation provider, restaurant, tour operator, travel insurer, or other travel supplier.
1. ABOUT SOVERRA
When you purchase a personalized Soverra planning service, you are purchasing our professional time, research, curation, recommendations, itinerary development, and related planning services.
Your specific service may include a travel questionnaire, consultation, personalized research, itinerary development, booking links, recommendations, revisions, and a final consultation or delivery, depending on the package purchased.
The exact features and scope of a service are described on the Website at the time of purchase.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, Soverra does not make reservations or bookings on your behalf.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and completing their own reservations, purchases, payments, documentation, and other arrangements with third-party travel providers.

3. RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Travel is inherently dynamic.
Hotels, restaurants, attractions, transportation services, tours, experiences, opening hours, menus, prices, schedules, availability, policies, entry requirements, and other travel information can change at any time.
Soverra makes reasonable efforts to research and provide accurate, thoughtful, and current recommendations at the time an itinerary or guide is prepared. However, we cannot guarantee that information will remain accurate after it has been researched or delivered.
We encourage travelers to confirm important information directly with the applicable provider before traveling or making a purchase.
4. BOOKINGS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
Any prices, availability, schedules, booking options, or other third-party information referenced by Soverra are provided for planning purposes and may change without notice.
Soverra does not guarantee the price, availability, reservation status, quality, or continued operation of any third-party travel product or service.
A recommendation or booking link included in an itinerary does not reserve or hold that service for you.
Unless Soverra expressly confirms otherwise in writing, clients are responsible for making all reservations and purchases directly with the applicable third-party provider.
We strongly recommend completing time-sensitive reservations promptly after receiving your itinerary.
Soverra may recommend or provide links to hotels, airlines, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, attractions, booking platforms, guides, experience providers, and other independent third parties.
These businesses are independent from Soverra.
When you book or purchase from a third-party provider, your transaction and contractual relationship are directly with that provider, and their terms, cancellation policies, privacy policies, payment requirements, and other conditions apply.
Soverra is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, errors, delays, cancellations, closures, schedule changes, service quality, safety practices, or other conduct of third-party providers.
The inclusion of a provider in a Soverra itinerary or guide reflects our recommendation based on available research and the client's preferences; it does not constitute a guarantee of the provider's performance.
5. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL PROVIDERS
6. AFFILIATE LINKS AND COMMISSIONS
Some links appearing on the Soverra Website, within destination guides, or in personalized itineraries may be affiliate links.
This means Soverra may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation if you click a link or complete a qualifying purchase or booking through that link.
Affiliate relationships do not increase the price you pay unless otherwise disclosed by the applicable provider.
Our goal is to recommend experiences, accommodations, and services that align with Soverra's standards and the needs of the traveler. The possibility of earning an affiliate commission does not guarantee that a particular provider will be recommended.
Where appropriate or required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed.
You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and confirming that the information, travel dates, destinations, traveler details, and recommendations are appropriate for your journey.
You are also responsible for:
Making and confirming your own bookings unless expressly agreed otherwise
Reviewing reservation and cancellation policies before purchasing
Confirming operating hours, schedules, availability, and prices
Obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documentation
Determining applicable entry, exit, health, vaccination, customs, and immigration requirements
Arriving at transportation, accommodations, reservations, and activities at the appropriate times
Obtaining appropriate travel insurance if desired
Assessing whether an activity, destination, accommodation, or experience is suitable for your individual circumstances
Providing Soverra with accurate and reasonably complete information necessary to develop your itinerary
Failure to review or act upon an itinerary does not create liability for Soverra.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
8. PASSPORTS, VISAS, ENTRY REQUIREMENTS, AND TRAVEL ADVISORIES
Travel documentation and entry requirements can change without notice.
While Soverra may occasionally provide general travel information as a convenience, Soverra does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or governmental advice and does not guarantee entry into any destination.
Travelers are responsible for independently confirming passport validity, visa requirements, entry and exit requirements, health requirements, customs rules, and applicable travel advisories through appropriate official government sources.
Travel involves risks including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost or damaged belongings, weather events, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Soverra encourages travelers to consider appropriate travel insurance based on their individual circumstances.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Soverra does not sell, underwrite, or provide travel insurance and does not guarantee that any insurance policy will cover a particular event or loss.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing and selecting any insurance coverage they purchase.
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
10. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
Soverra is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Flight delays or cancellations
Transportation disruptions
Weather or natural disasters
Strikes or labor disruptions
Political unrest
Government actions or travel restrictions
Public health events
Restaurant, hotel, attraction, or business closures
Reservation cancellations by third parties
Changes in operating hours
Construction or destination conditions
Lost, stolen, or delayed luggage
Changes made by a traveler or third-party provider
If circumstances change after an itinerary has been delivered, additional research or itinerary revisions may be outside the scope of the purchased service and may require an additional fee.
Prices for Soverra services are displayed on the Website or otherwise communicated to you before purchase.
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout or provided with a custom proposal.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to process charges associated with your purchase.
Third-party travel expenses—including accommodations, airfare, transportation, dining, activities, tickets, insurance, and other travel purchases—are separate from Soverra's planning fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. PURCHASES, FEES, AND PAYMENT
12. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because Soverra's services involve personalized professional time, research, and creative work, fees for planning services may become non-refundable once work has begun.
Any applicable cancellation, refund, revision, or rescheduling terms displayed on the Website, during checkout, or provided as part of your service agreement will apply to your purchase.
If a client chooses not to take a planned trip, does not use the itinerary, or cancels travel arrangements with third-party providers, this does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of Soverra's planning fees.
Refunds for hotels, transportation, tours, experiences, or other third-party purchases are governed exclusively by the policies of the applicable provider.
Personalized planning packages may include a specified number of revisions, consultations, or other deliverables.
Requests that materially change the original scope of a journey—including significant destination changes, substantial date changes, additional destinations, additional travelers, or extensive itinerary redevelopment—may require additional fees.
Soverra will communicate with the client if a requested change falls outside the scope of the purchased service.
13. REVISIONS AND SCOPE OF SERVICE

Soverra's destination guides, journal content, recommendations, and other editorial materials are provided for informational and inspirational purposes.
They are not individualized professional advice and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular destination, accommodation, restaurant, experience, or activity will be suitable for every traveler.
Travelers should exercise their own judgment and conduct any additional research appropriate to their circumstances.
The Website and its original content—including text, branding, logos, graphics, destination guides, itinerary designs, written recommendations, photographs owned by Soverra, page layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Soverra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use a personalized itinerary or purchased Soverra material for your own personal, non-commercial travel purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, license, commercially exploit, copy substantially, or create derivative commercial products from Soverra content without our prior written permission.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personalized itineraries are prepared for the client or traveling party for whom they were purchased.
They may be shared among members of that traveling party for purposes of completing the planned journey.
They may not be resold, commercially distributed, published as your own work, used to provide competing travel-planning services, or otherwise commercially exploited without Soverra's written permission.

You agree not to use the Website:
For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To interfere with the operation or security of the Website
To attempt unauthorized access to the Website or related systems
To collect information from the Website through unauthorized automated means
To copy or commercially exploit Soverra content in violation of these Terms
To impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect Soverra, our users, or our services.
18. NO GUARANTEE OF TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
Travel experiences are inherently subjective.
Although Soverra carefully researches and curates recommendations based on the information available to us and the preferences you provide, we cannot guarantee that you will personally enjoy or be satisfied with every hotel, restaurant, activity, destination, or other recommendation.
A recommendation represents Soverra's professional judgment and research at the time it is made, not a warranty or guarantee of a particular experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soverra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Website, a Soverra itinerary, travel recommendations, third-party providers, or your travel experience.
Soverra is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or other consequences resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party travel providers or circumstances outside Soverra's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soverra's aggregate liability arising from a purchased planning service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Soverra for the specific planning service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website, destination content, recommendations, itineraries, and related materials are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soverra disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, suitability, or continued availability of third-party travel information.
We make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful and well-researched information but cannot warrant that all travel information will be error-free or remain current.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soverra and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or Soverra content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
