We recommend purchasing your Concierge Plan eight to ten weeks before departure. Your first draft will be delivered within one week of your introductory call; the additional lead time allows for revisions and gives you time to secure preferred accommodations, dining reservations, and experiences.

Your personalized itinerary includes thoughtfully selected accommodations, dining, wine bars, neighborhoods, cultural experiences, and day-by-day recommendations tailored to your travel style and priorities.

Soverra Concierge is an itinerary planning and recommendation service. Reservations, transportation, and travel bookings are completed directly by the traveler unless otherwise arranged.

You will receive an onboarding questionnaire to complete before scheduling your 30-minute introductory call. This allows us to understand your destination, interests, pace, preferences, and vision for the journey.

Because each Soverra Concierge itinerary is personally researched and created, all purchases are nonrefundable once the onboarding questionnaire has been submitted and planning has begun. Should your travel dates change, please contact us as soon as possible. When feasible, we may apply the planning work toward revised dates for the same destination.
